"Re-Reg Night"
It's that time of year again that we all love so much - RE-REGISTRATION TIME! The re-registration paperwork went out on email for your convenience. (I can also send it to you again if needed.) There are 8 forms for you to fill out. Please print them out, sign where needed, and turn them in to me at your earliest convenience.
We will be having "RE-REG NIGHTS" on Wed, 9/8/10 and Wed, 9/15/10 in the Emil room from 1900 to 2100. If you cannot print your paperwork ahead of time, you can pick up a packet these nights and get them filled out and returned. The re-registration fee is remaining at $75 for the fiscal year (Oct 1-Sept 30). This can be paid in one lump sum when you submit the re-registration paperwork or you may pay it in three (3) installments - Sept (when you submit the paperwork), Oct 16, and Nov 13.
Physicals need to be on file and less than one year old. Please check in with Recruiter at recruiter{at}lcym.org or myself to find out your physical date if you are concerned your YM's physical might be outdated. This is a National requirement and we must be in compliance with this regulation.
A Registration Cover sheet with information on how to fill out the packet was included on the earlier email. Please read through that for helpful information.
If I do NOT have your YM's registration packet by September 15th when I leave Study Night, your YM will be discharged from our rosters. This is a request from Mr. Hildebrant, our new Commanding Officer.
